My eyes were alerted to the butterfly resting on the sidewalk. It stretched and extended its wings and sailed aloft. Its grace and beauty blessed a moment for me. From cocoon to fuzzy caterpillar, it matures and sheds to showcase itself for a short time. A message the butterfly brings to us; through its example to bring beauty to others during our tenure on Earth.
