Who Will Dig The Graves?

By D.J. Kozlowski

“The barracks are necessary. There is a minimum number of troops assigned to ensure safety at each camp, and those soldiers need somewhere to sleep.”

“Fine. The barracks stay. Where can we make cuts?”

“Food, probably. We’ve provided a corn-based product for the potential terrorists, but we’ve been giving better food to the opposition camps. We can switch them to corn too. Maybe we can use it as incentive to help construct the wall?”

“You know, there’s a cheaper way.”

“Yes Mr. President. I’ll give the order.”

“But not bullets—too expensive. Wait—who will dig the graves?”
