Submit your original drabble using our online submission portal. (Note: The title and by-line do not count against the 100-word submission limit.) If you’d prefer to remain anonymous, please indicate that in your submission. If you’re not yet entirely sure what drabble is, consider reading this post.

If you’re submitting something that you’ve already posted on your own blog, we ask that you please cut and paste the text into the body of your email. Please do not send links.

We look forward to reading you shortly (bad pun intended).

  1. Thanks so much for liking one of my posts. Your blog is terrific. If I were better at time management I’d submit a humble story, but I barely manage to keep my own blog going. Thanks again.

  2. How nice to see The Drabble rearing its lovely head at my blog Be Whole Now — and leaving a Like, to boot. Methinks it would be good for my soul to try my hand at drabbling; the stripping away and peeling to the core are delicious invitations indeed. Blessings!

  3. Hello! Thank you for stopping by my blog and giving one of my pieces a like. I really like the idea behind your blog, I would be honoured to have one of my pieces published on it, so I’ll be in touch :]

  4. Thanks for liking my blog post! Would love to submit something, but I have too much hot air and can’t possibly limit myself to under 100 words. Unless you don’t mind editing the hell out of me. 🙂

  5. Thanks for stopping by my music blog. Hope you’ll come back again. Amazing idea you have here, and will check in often. I love words and how they can open a window to new thinking.

  7. Thanks for the like… Sadly everything I write is 299 words. Not one more or one less. Hey you can tell one hell of a story in 299 words; but it just wouldn’t be the same one word more or one word less.

  8. Thank you so much for liking my latest post, “Trump and the Popular Vote.” I’d love to submit a poem or story to you someday; unfortunately, I’m kinda a wordy girl, so my submissions would likely always be too long. Then again, you never know, maybe inspiration will strike and I’ll manage a few brief but brilliant lines. Don’t hold your breath, okay? 🙂
